Furniture and Objects Casa Pilar​

Casa Pilar has a very meticulous curatorship and is full of details.

The architectural project was done by Architect Jose Muñiz and his firm Planta Libre Arquitectura, while the interior design was done by Architect Miguel Gonzalez.

However, the house has different collaborations with various brands, mainly Mexican and some foreign, specialized in lighting, art objects, paintings, high-quality crafts and design.

Project designed to create a space to promote and publicize the wealth of Mexican artisans, but always based on a socially responsible and supportive economy.

6x4 The Affordable Art Project.

Project that was born during the Covid-19 pandemic focused on the promotion of different Mexican and foreign artists who participated in the creation of works in a specific 6 x 4 inch format to promote young people to invest in art and start their own collection. All paintings are unique pieces and have certificates of authenticity.

Graphic work by Rufino Tamayo (1899–1991)
An important Mexican painter who, alongside Diego Rivera, David Alfaro Siqueiros, and José Clemente Orozco, achieved international fame and is considered one of the leading figures in Mexican and Latin American art. This work is included in the artist’s official catalog and has been loaned for exhibitions at the Tamayo Museum and the Museum of Modern Art in Mexico City.

It was a gift from Mrs. Dolores Olmedo Patiño (1908-2002) to Mrs. Carmen Gutierrez Zamora (1919-2006) for her contribution to the opening of the Dolores Olmedo museum in Xochimilco, Mexico in 1994.
